Euro Construction is delighted to announce
the appointment of Kevin Osborne to the position
of Head of Procurement and Development.

Kevin’s background includes many years experience as a Senior Quantity
Surveyor, working on multi-million pound projects throughout the UK and
Ireland.
Most notable achievements include the highly successful completion of
the multi-million pound extension of Altnagelvin Area Hospital, 250,000
sq.ft
retail development of Abbey Retail Park, 180,000 sq.ft development at
Rushmere Shopping Centre in Craigavon and most recently a €55 million
retail development in Dundalk, Co. Louth.
As well as Health and Retail experience, Kevin has gained many years
experience in residential developments during his tenure as a Private
Quantity Surveyor.
Educated at Bolton Institute of Civil Engineering followed
by the University of Ulster, Jordonstown where he successfully completed
his Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Kevin
is
a member of the Royal Instituition of Chartered Surveyors.
