Euro Construction recently purchased new residential development site in Collon Co. Louth - planning to be lodged end of March 2008.

Overseas Developments:
Euro Construction are pleased to announce that they have assembled all three waterfront development sites in Knysna, Western Cape, South Africa and as a result of this we will visit South Africa in a planned trip at the end of November to give a presentation to the Knysna Municipality. This will coincide with the release of the draft Master Plan by the Knysna Municipalities planning consultants – Chris Mulder & Associates.

Second planning application for lands in Neighbourhood 3 - North Drogheda due to be lodged in April 2008. It is envisaged that this will be for circa 68 residential units.

Boyne Rugby Club:
The Trustees ,Executive Committee and Development Committee of Boyne Rugby Football Club are pleased to announce that the club has entered into an agreement to facilitate the future development and sale of the club lands at Shamrock Lodge Ballymakenny Road, Drogheda The Trustees Executive Committee and Development Committee are satisfied that this agreement underwrites the clubs future plans for the development of its proposed new grounds at Mill Road Mornington. The Club gratefully acknowledges and appreciates the support, advice, guidance and expertise of Ray Acheson of Euro Construction in helping it in its efforts to maximise the potential of the clubs existing grounds.” This will be lodged for planning in March 2008.
