Ballymakenny
Frank Crowley & Partners (Chartered Architects),
Dublin have been appointed as the Architects for
the Ballymakenny Road development site in North Drogheda.
This builds on the relationships already forged between
the two companies.
RFU 6 Nations
Congratulations to the Irish Rugby team in whipping
the “World Champions” in Twicker’s
on the 6th March. They were brilliant and yes the
MD of this company was there for the Celebrations.
Silverwood Planning
Euro Construction get Full Planning approval for
their new development in the Silverwood area in Lurgan,
County Armagh. The main focus of the development
are a series of 3 storey townhouses tastefully located
in blocks of three and fours.

Silverwood Townhouses go on release and at present
21 have been pre sold off the plans. Construction
works will be started on Monday the 22nd March.

Craigavon Borough Council is expected to come back
with a decision on the alternative names that have
been submitted to the Council. The three previous
names that were submitted after running a competition
in the Lurgan Mail have all been rejected for the
second time after an appeal from ourselves. For the
record these were “Putters Green” “Fairways” & “Fairways
View”. These were selected due to the close
proximity of the Golf Course. The site is located
on its boundary.
We have submitted 4 new names which we believe the
Council can live with. All of these contain the word
Silverwood. How original!
We have now only 3 apartments left in our development
of 32 apartments in the development known as Silverwood
Court. Book early to avoid disappointment!
Boyne Rugby Club Sponsorhip
Euro Construction sponsored Boyne Rugby Club’s
development squad (2nd IV) and have been rewarded
by them winning their cup and also finishing the
league in 1st Place. We would like to congratulate
them on a fantastic season and look forward to seeing
them all at the annual dinner on Tuesday the 16th
March. You did the name proud.
